<p><span>Bring fabrics, prints, and patterns to life on products people use every day.</span></p><p><span>We're looking for a Textile Designer to develop home and apparel products for a consumer products business that sells through Amazon and other e-commerce channels. Whether your strength is the creative side (prints, patterns, colorways) or the technical side (constructions, specs, pattern work), you'll help take textile products from concept to factory-ready files.</span></p><hr><p><strong>Location: </strong>Colombia - Fully Remote</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Design prints, patterns, repeats, and colorways for home and apparel products.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop textile products across categories such as bedding, throws, towels, home décor, and apparel.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create technical specifications, tech packs, and pattern work for manufacturers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define fabrics, constructions, finishes, measurements, and trims.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translate trend research and product references into clear design directions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review samples and lab dips, and give feedback on color, fabric, fit, and construction.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare and organize production-ready artwork and files.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing partners.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keep collections visually consistent and commercially relevant for e-commerce.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience as a textile, surface, print, or technical designer in home or apparel.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with pattern work, repeats, and colorways, or with technical patternmaking and garment or product construction.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to create detailed tech packs and factory-ready specifications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of fabrics, fibers, weaves, knits, printing techniques, and finishes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable working with physical samples, measuremen
