Terms of Service

Welcome to BabZituna. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BabZituna mobile application and related services (collectively, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using BabZituna you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

BabZituna is a two-sided hiring marketplace. It aggregates publicly available job listings from third-party sources and helps candidates discover, save, and apply to roles; and it lets employers publish roles, review the candidates who apply, and search for candidates to approach. Job listings, company information, and apply links are provided by third parties; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or hiring decisions.

The Service is currently provided free of charge to both candidates and employers. We may introduce paid features in the future; any such features and their terms will be presented to you before purchase.

3. Candidate Visibility

If you hold a candidate account, your professional profile is visible to signed-in employers using the Service to find people to hire. This is not an optional feature you switch on: connecting you with employers is what the Service does, and a profile no employer could find would not deliver it. By creating a candidate account you agree to this visibility.

What employers can see when searching is limited to professional information: your name and photo, your job title, your city and country, your bio, your skills, your work experience, your education, the languages you speak, professional links you chose to add, and the job types and work styles you are open to.

What employers cannot see from a search — your CV, email address, phone number, postal address, age, salary expectations, nationality, work authorisation, availability, and account settings — is withheld. Your CV and contact details become available to an individual employer only once a connection exists between you: you applied to their role, you accepted a match with them, or they added you to their hiring pipeline. That restriction is enforced on our servers.

You control what your profile contains. You may edit or remove any part of it at any time, and you may delete your account entirely from Profile → Settings → Delete Account, which removes you from employer search. Section 6 of our Privacy Policy sets out these rights in full.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app; deletion removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating information;
• Harass, abuse, discriminate against, or harm other users;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable employment, anti-discrimination, or data-protection law;
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide (profile details, CV/resume, messages). You grant BabZituna a limited licence to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, presenting your profile to employers you match with). You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

7. Third-Party Listings & Applications

Applying to a role may take you to a third-party website or applicant-tracking system. Your interactions there are governed by that third party's terms and privacy practices. BabZituna does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, or any outcome.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by BabZituna and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabZituna and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or employment, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
