Welcome to BabZituna. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BabZituna mobile application and related services (collectively, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using BabZituna you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

BabZituna aggregates publicly available job listings from third-party sources and helps candidates discover, save, and apply to roles, and helps employers surface and review candidates. Job listings, company information, and apply links are provided by third parties; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or hiring decisions.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future; any such features and their terms will be presented to you before purchase.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app; deletion removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating information;
• Harass, abuse, discriminate against, or harm other users;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable employment, anti-discrimination, or data-protection law;
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide (profile details, CV/resume, messages). You grant BabZituna a limited licence to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, presenting your profile to employers you match with). You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

6. Third-Party Listings & Applications

Applying to a role may take you to a third-party website or applicant-tracking system. Your interactions there are governed by that third party's terms and privacy practices. BabZituna does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, or any outcome.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by BabZituna and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabZituna and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or employment, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
