<h2>Overview:</h2><p><span>FinteqHub is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced <strong>System Analyst</strong> to help develop our Back Office platform for managing payment processing.</span></p><h2>About Product:</h2><p><strong>Finteqhub</strong></p><p>А PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses, providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform.<br><a target="_blank" href="https://finteqhub.com/">Learn more</a></p><h2>Purpose of the role:</h2><p>To turn business and technical requirements into clear specifications that help the team build reliable Back Office solutions. You’ll define system behaviour, support integrations, and work closely with product, design, engineering, and QA.</p><h2>Key responsibilities:</h2><ul><li><p><span>Analyse business requirements and turn them into clear, detailed technical specifications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Document domain entities, logical data models, use cases, web forms, API specifications, permissions, logs, business rules, edge cases, and other system behaviour.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define frontend and backend interactions, API contracts, validations, and data flows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyse existing payment provider and banking integrations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Investigate L3 issues and change requests, and define the system changes required to address them.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help solve complex Back Office challenges, including improving usability and user workflows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design analytics and reporting solutions, including solutions for large volumes of transactional data in ClickHouse.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with the Product Manager and UI/UX Designer on mockups that address user needs and technical constraints.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to architecture and solution design with the architect, engineers, and QA.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Propose feasible solutions, explain trade-offs, and contribute to API and system design decisions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in peer reviews to improve the quality, consistency, and accuracy of specifications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain and improve documentation, specification templates, and team standards.</span></p></li></ul><h2>Required Experience:</h2><ul><li><p><span>At least 3 years
