From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.</p><p><span><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><p><span>TOTEME is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our new store in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the store team, driving commercial performance, and establishing an elevated client experience from opening onwards.</span></p><p><span>You will oversee all aspects of the store, from sales and clienteling to team development, operations and visual merchandising, creating a culture of accountability, exceptional service and long-term client relationships.</span></p><p><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Take ownership of sales targets, KPIs and overall store performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Recruit, lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and service standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Plan, delegate and follow up on the store’s daily operational tasks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create and maintain staff schedules.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Plan budgets and expenses with a sustainable and cost-conscious mindset.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage stock levels, logistics and sell-through.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Implement company procedures and reporting activities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and implement store policies and strategies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work towards long-term Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide product and client feedback to the Buying team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead the sto
