MARKETING EXECUTIVE — SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT Wafra Business Solutions
About the Role
Wafra Business Solutions helps business owners understand their finances through accounting, bookkeeping, financial diagnostics and practical advisory services.
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to build awareness of Wafra, produce educational content and generate qualified enquiries. As a growing business, we need someone comfortable with both planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities

Develop monthly marketing plans and content calendars aligned with business goals.

Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Turn accounting topics into simple, engaging content that business owners can understand.

Create content about cash flow, profitability, expenses, bookkeeping and financial warning signs.

Help the founder plan scripts, record videos and produce educational content.

Edit short videos, design carousels and write captions with clear calls to action.

Adapt longer videos into short clips and supporting social media posts.

Promote accounting services, financial diagnostics and consultation bookings.

Plan and manage paid advertising within approved budgets.

Track enquiries and coordinate follow-ups with the founder.

Maintain Wafra’s professional visual identity and consistent brand tone.

Monitor content and campaign performance, prepare weekly reports and recommend improvements.

Ensure financial claims and technical content receive the founder’s approval before publication.

Protect client confidentiality and use only approved testimonials or clearly labelled demonstration figures.
Requirements

Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation.

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut or similar design and editing tools.

Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply.

Able to film and edit professional videos using a smartphone or camera.

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and campaign reporting.

Organised, resourceful and able to work independently.

Interest in finance, business education and helping SME owners.
-
Experience marketing accounting or professional services is an advantage.

A portfolio showing content personally created and, where available, campaign results.
Performance Measures

Consistent delivery of approved content.

Relevant audience growth and meaningful engagement.

Qualified enquiries and consultation bookings.

Cost per qualified enquiry for paid campaigns.

Contribution to new client acquisition.

Accurate reporting and timely execution.
Targets will be agreed based on the marketing budget, service capacity and campaign performance.
Working Arrangement
Location: Ubi Employment type: Full time Working hours: Mon to Fri Salary: $2500 onwards depending on Experience
