E-Commerce Marketplace & Sales Analyst

<p>Turn sales data into action—and keep products performing across every major e-commerce channel.</p><p>We’re looking for an analytical, detail-driven e-commerce specialist to own sales reporting and product listing management across 1P, 3P, social commerce, and DTC channels.</p><p></p><hr><p><strong>Location: </strong>Philippines - Fully Remote</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and dashboards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track revenue, units, trends, product performance, and channel performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage and optimize product listings across Walmart, Target, JCPenney, Kohl’s, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google, DTC, and other e-commerce accounts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and other listing content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support both 1P and 3P marketplace operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify listing errors, suppressed products, missing content, and other issues impacting sales.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor performance and highlight opportunities, risks, and trends.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, and operations teams to keep product information accurate and current.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience managing e-commerce marketplaces or retailer portals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong sales reporting and data-analysis skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of 1P, 3P, social commerce, and DTC business models.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with major retail marketplaces and product listing management.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to turn raw sales data into clear, actionable insights.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong attention to detail and confidence working with large product catalogs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with BI, ERP, marketplace, or reporting tools is a plus.</span><strong><br></strong></p></li>&
