They provide expertise in supply chain management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses. With a strong focus on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales, they help brands streamline operations, improve profitability, and achieve long-term success in the digital marketplace.<br><br></p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Philippines - Fully Remote</p><p><strong><br>Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own and manage Amazon United States as the primary marketplace</p></li><li><p>Support and scale Amazon Global: NARF, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, France, and other international markets</p></li><li><p>Maintain and optimize product catalogs across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify</p></li><li><p>Use flat files to create, update, and troubleshoot listings with precision</p></li><li><p>Monitor and resolve listing issues, suppressions, and compliance flags</p></li><li><p>Open, track, and resolve Amazon support cases—stay on top of every detail</p></li><li><p>Collaborate cross-functionally to drive listing quality and marketplace growth</p></li><li><p>Provide performance reports and insights to guide strategic decisions</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful</strong></p><ul><li><p>Deep experience with Amazon Seller Central, especially Amazon US and Global (NARF + international marketplaces)</p></li><li><p>Expert-level skills with Amazon flat file templates and bulk uploads</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of marketplace content compliance and catalog integrity</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center, eBay, and Shopify is a plus</p></li><li><p>Proactive communicator with strong follow-through and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Comfortable handling support cases and listing troubleshooting</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated and adaptable in a fully remote environment</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Perks: What's in it for you</strong><br></
