If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as a Warehouse Operative.</p><p><strong>Be part of the movement - and play your part.</strong></p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a hardworking Warehouse Operative to support our busy operations. You’ll be working Monday to Friday on 8-hour shifts (either 06:00–14:00 or 10:00–18:00), helping to keep the warehouse running smoothly and safely.</p><p>You will be responsible for:</p><ul><li><p>Loading and unloading cargo using a forklift truck</p></li><li><p>Re-stacking and securing loads</p></li><li><p>Picking and packing orders</p></li><li><p>Carrying out routine equipment checks and reporting any issues</p></li><li><p>Following health & safety procedures at all times</p></li><li><p>Supporting general warehouse tasks as needed</p></li><li><p>Working closely with your team to keep things flowing</p></li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>You’ll have proven FLT experience with a Counterbalance FLT licence and feel confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’re a team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour, helping to keep the atmosphere supportive and enjoyable. You’re also happy to work independently when needed, using your initiative to solve problems and keep things moving.
