This role focuses on hiring top talent for Engineering, IT, Operations, and other specialized positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and placing high-caliber professionals in technical and operational roles.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Engineering, IT, Operations, and other specialized roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.</p><p>• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.</p><p>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs.</p><p>• Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.</p><p>• Utilize data-driven recruitment strategies to track metrics and improve hiring efficiency.</p><p>• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</p><p>• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to effectively attract top talent in competitive markets.</p><p>• Partner with internal teams to create and implement strategies to promote employer branding and improve recruitment processes.</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</p><p>• Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on Engineering, IT, Operations, or similar fields.</p><p>• Strong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific hiring practices.</p><p>• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.</p><p>• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/prospex-crm-technical-recruiter">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/prospex-crm-technical-recruiter</a></p>
