Our team is building AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments. You’ll join a talented full-stack team of engineers and work on distributed services that are used across the entire ADM engineering stack.</p> <p>Applicants must have, and maintain, the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.</p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-month initiatives within ADM, including work that spans team boundaries. Anticipate risks and unblock dependencies before they become delivery blockers.</li> <li>Lead technical designs for new products and workflow solutions, aligned with ADM and Addepar’s longer-term strategy. Solicit feedback and build consensus.</li> <li>Write exemplary, highly performant, and scalable code and frameworks.</li> <li>Evangelize and promote best engineering practices.</li> <li>Serve as a primary technical point of contact. Initiate and lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve complex application and infrastructure issues.</li> <li>Mentor engineers, identify skill gaps and help shape their technical development.</li> <li>Communicate technical strategy, trade-offs, and architectural direction clearly to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience</li> <li>Extensive software engineering experience</li> <li>Track record of leading technical initiatives from design through delivery</li> <li>Comfortable working independently, with a bias for action</li> <li>Strong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problems</li> <li>Excel at written and verbal communication</li> <li>Experience with financial services or wealth management operations</li> <li>Experience with object-oriented programming</li> <li>Experience with AWS or another cloud platform</li> <li>Experience with IaC (infrastructure as code), preferably Terraform</li> <li>Experience with gen AI for coding</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Our Values&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><strong>Act Like an Owner - </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">Think and operate with intention, purpose and care.
