About The Job
We are seeking a technically-minded, client-facing Solutions Engineer to join our regional/global go to market team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our enterprise clients and Xendit's product/engineering teams
You will partner directly with our Account Executives and Account Managers to drive the technical win in complex sales cycles. You will listen to client needs, architect payment solutions across Xendit's 7-market licensed infrastructure, and guide clients from initial technical discovery through to successful integration and launch. This is a technical role owning solution architecture, integration design and proofs of concept for enterprise clients
Minimum Qualifications
Experience & Technical Background
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related technical field
- Hands-on with APIs, webhooks and SDKs; able to read and debug code and build working prototypes and proofs of concept
- Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts
