Looking to take the next step in Supply Chain Planning? Join a regional team managing demand forecasting, production planning and inventory optimisation across international markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage rolling demand forecasts across international markets
- Analyse sales trends, seasonality and promotional activities
- Translate demand forecasts into production and supply plans
- Optimise inventory levels and safety stock across regional markets
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify supply-demand gaps
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and production teams
- Manage raw material availability and production constraints
- Support S&OP discussions and resolve potential stockout risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, International Business or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on supply chain planning experience
- FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences exposure preferred
- Experience with demand and supply planning
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Working knowledge of ERP or supply chain planning systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
