You will read, trace, and understand workflows across the entire codebase, looking beyond your primary language to solve complex problems.</span></p><p><span>We love high velocity. We actively encourage our engineers to use LLM and agentic tools (Specs, Loops, and agentic workflows) to iterate fast and build systems. We stay provider agnostic (Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, local models, or self hosted models in the cloud). Use these tools to supercharge your iterations.
