In this role, you'll translate global HR strategy into scalable programs, policies and service delivery standards while serving as a trusted advisor on complex governance and risk management across multiple international regions.</p> <p>As a Senior Manager, HR Operations, you'll:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Drive strategy and advisory.</strong> You'll shape the roadmap for international HR operations, aligning global policy with local needs while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business.</li> <li><strong>Lead governance and compliance.</strong> You'll manage end-to-end compliance across employment contracts, the employee lifecycle, global mobility, benefits, payroll and health and safety protocols across multiple countries.</li> <li><strong>Optimize processes.</strong> You'll leverage automation and AI to scale operational efficiency, manage vendor relationships and execute key initiatives like policy overhauls or M&amp;A integrations.</li> <li><strong>Develop team talent.</strong> You'll directly manage our HR Operations Manager and coach the broader regional team, setting service-level standards and using metrics to showcase operational impact.</li> </ul> <h2>Location</h2> <p>Time spent collaborating with your teammates in-office will be a regular part of how you work. We're currently considering applicants within commuting distance of London or Barcelona. You'll be expected to work more days in-office than remote, but will have the freedom to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team.</p> <h2>Must-Haves</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Experienced manager.</strong> You bring 10+ years of HR operations experience, including at least five years managing teams in a global environment.</li> <li><strong>International compliance expertise.</strong> You have deep working knowledge of employment law, payroll, benefits and compliance across multiple countries, with strong experience in European regions like the U.K., Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.</li> <li><strong>AI fluent.</strong> You have proven experience leveraging AI tools to optimize operations and improve workflow efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Process builder.</strong> You excel at creating scalable, automated processes across complex regulatory landscapes while balancing hands-on execution with long-term strategy.</li> <li><strong>Cross-functional collaborator.</strong> You build strong partnerships with Legal, Finance and IT, comfortably managing vendor negotiations and influencing senior stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h2>Nice-to-Haves</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Multilingual.</strong> Conversational or fluent Spanish skills are a plus.</li> <li><strong>Certified professional.</strong> SHRM-SCP, GPHR or equivalent certifications.</li> <li><strong>Advanced degree.</strong> Master's degree in HR, Business or a related field.</li> </ul> <h2>Our Role&nbsp;</h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Champion work-life harmony</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">.
