As part of the Wego Group, we're combining deep travel expertise with AI-first product development to redefine how businesses travel.</span></p><h2><span>The Role</span></h2><p><span>We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help build the frontend platform that powers WegoPro. You'll work on a sophisticated, data-rich product used every day by travel managers, finance teams, and business travellers around the world.</span></p><p><span>This is a hands-on senior engineering role with significant technical ownership. You'll shape our frontend architecture, establish engineering standards, mentor other developers, and build AI-powered experiences that make complex workflows feel intuitive.</span></p><h2><span>What You'll Do</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Own the architecture and evolution of our frontend platform, including our design system, application state, routing, build tooling, and performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build scalable frontend systems on top of a microservices architecture, designing resilient API integrations, caching strategies, and graceful fallbacks when services fail.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop AI-powered product experiences, including conversational booking, agentic workflows, and streaming interfaces that make AI interactions feel reliable and trustworthy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development, helping define best practices for using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex across the engineering team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead technical design discussions, perform thoughtful code reviews, and mentor engineers to raise the quality of the team's work.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Take ownership of software quality from development through production, including automated testing, observability, CI/CD, and operational excellence on AWS.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver intuitive, performant user experiences.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span>What We're Looking For</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Significant experience building modern web applications, with deep expertise developing complex, stateful single-page applications.</span></p></li><li><p><s
