What You'll Do:
The CoreWeave Legal and Government Affairs (LGA) team at CoreWeave is highly collaborative and partners closely with teams across the company to navigate complex legal landscapes while enabling innovation and growth. The team is pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and deeply engaged in strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships across the organization.
As Senior Counsel, Commercial, you will support our rapidly growing Global Field Organization (GFO) business in its U.S. West region. About the role:
Reporting to the Director and Managing Assistant General Counsel - Commercial Americas, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Security, Privacy, Finance, and Operations teams to support complex commercial cloud sales SaaS and Infrastructure/IaaS transactions with enterprise customers and strategic partners. You will play a key role in negotiating agreements, advising on legal and commercial risk, and helping scale the legal processes that support CoreWeave's continued growth.
In this role, you will
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial technology agreements with enterprise customers, including cloud services, SaaS, infrastructure/IaaS, software licensing, professional services, partnership, and data processing agreements.
- Partner closely with CoreWeave's GFO U.S. West Region teams to support enterprise sales cycles and drive customer transactions to successful outcomes.
- Serve as the trusted legal advisor and partner to the GFO U.S. West Region sales leadership team and account executives.
