AiR is seeking a senior software engineer to own the design, build, and roadmap of AI agents for insurance clients. Position available in either Johannesburg or Ballito, with a fully remote work environment. You will map complex insurance journeys into agent workflows, integrate agents with core systems via APIs, and continually improve agent performance using data and customer feedback.
