Core Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Meet walk-in clients in showrooms, handle online enquiries via WhatsApp or email, or conduct on-site visits to understand space requirements and design preferences.
- Product Recommendations: Provide expert advice on fabrics, colors, styles, and functional soft furnishings such as curtains, blinds, and outdoor shading solutions.
- Sales and Quotations: Prepare accurate cost proposals, negotiate pricing, secure deposits, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the order fulfillment process from tracking production to coordinating delivery and fitting dates with installation teams.
- After-Sales Support: Handle client feedback, manage payment balances, and ensure a smooth handover for total customer satisfaction.
