From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.</p><p><br><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>TOTEME is looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to join our store on Madison Avenue in New York. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.</p></li><li><p>Work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Engage in merchandising and styling to maintain a visually compelling store environment.</p></li><li><p>Plan and execute daily store operations.</p></li><li><p>Work towards company standards and goals.</p></li><li><p>Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience in a similar role within high-end retail or with a strong lifestyle brand.</p></li><li><p>Confident in delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.</p></li><li><p>Interest in fashion, styling, and storytelling with an understanding of luxury service.</p></li><li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li><p>Passionate about style, communication and storytelling.</p></li><li><p>Driven and results-oriented.</p></li><li><p>Able to multitask and solve issues smoothly.</p></li><li><p>Structured and well-organized.</p></li><li><p>Agile with an open mindset.</p></li><li>&l
