Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with quotations, sales orders, POs, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate work orders, service agreements, vendor registrations, and customer portals.
- Track payments and follow up with customers on outstanding accounts.
- Prepare sales reports, quotation summaries, and performance updates.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular communication, visits, and feedback.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Support marketing, business development, and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or other related courses.
