About the Team

The RevOps Systems team owns Salesforce and the broader ecosystem of systems that power Xendit's revenue engine — from lead-to-cash to the tools that plug into it. As the team scales to support both net-new projects and the steady drumbeat of platform improvements, we're adding a role dedicated to keeping the Salesforce platform and all its integrated systems of actions healthy and continuously improving.

You'll work closely with the CRM Transformation Lead and the Engineers, keeping the platform's ongoing enhancements moving with a predictable rhythm.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic Salesforce configuration: build and maintain Flow Builder automation, validation rules, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards.
  • Manage other Salesforce integrated Sales tools (e.g. DealOps, G
