About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As the first hire for our Revenue Strategy & Operations team in Southeast Asia, you'll partner with sales leadership to plan and run our business across the region from Singapore, from the region's largest enterprises and business groups to its fastest‑growing technology companies.
You will be the trusted advisor to our regional sales leadership on how the business is planned and run, shaping how we invest across a set of very different markets while building the operational foundations to scale. Much of the work you will do yourself, hands‑on.
This role suits a structured thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity: you will often start from an open question, turn it into a clear recommendation, and get leaders who don't report to you aligned behind it.
You'll work closely with Strategy & Operations peers in Australia, Japan, Korea and India, with global Revenue Operations and Finance, and you'll use Claude every day to do the work of a much larger team.
You'll start as a senior individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a small team as the region scales. You'll report to the head of Revenue Strategy & Operations for Asia‑Pacific (based in Sydney), work day to day alongside our sales leaders and team in Singapore, and travel regularly within the region.

- Align leadership on market prioritization and coverage — where we invest first, how we cover the rest — and revisit the call as the business grows.
- Shape how we go to market with partners and resellers — co‑selling, partner pipeline and joint planning — alongside our partnerships team.
- Give sales leadership an independent read of the business — performance, pipeline and consumption across markets — with the risks, the opportunities and a recommended course of action, early enough to act on.
Rhythm of the Business & Regional Leadership
- Own the operating rhythm of the region — weekly forecast and pipeline reviews, monthly and quarterly business reviews — and make it th
