Job Description
Help Customers Get RoadâReady â join the Autobarn family as a Sales Assistant!
We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact! You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.
What Youâll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
- Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
About You
Youâre hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Leadership is a growth area, and youâre ready to develop your skills while supporting the team.
Youâll Also Bring
- Strong work ethic and organisational skills
- Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
- A genuine passion for helping customers.
- Basic computer literacy
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the business.
