From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.</p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-3ea18445-7fff-c005-c013-9da6c6691137">The Role</strong></span></p><p><span>TOTEME is looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to join our Team in Shanghai full time. In this role you will oversee and support the operations of our retail spaces in China and coordinate communication and planning to and from headquarters.</span></p><p><span>The role will function as a bridge between the store teams and the support functions at headquarters, and act as a retail advocate to such teams; Supply Chain, Buying, Planning, E-commerce, Tech, Production, Finance & Store Development. You will report to the Retail Operations Manager and work with global corporate retail team. <strong id="docs-internal-guid-3ea18445-7fff-c005-c013-9da6c6691137"><br><br>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Oversee and optimize store operations, KPIs and related costs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Plan and execute operational activities, including price changes, promotions and product launches.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create, update and maintain handbooks, manuals and policies related to retail operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure compliance with payment handling procedures, including sales reconciliation, refunds, exchanges and discount approvals. Collaborate with Finance to resolve discrepancies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support in-store IT and tech needs, including troubleshooting, equipment management and improvements to digital infrastructure.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate company information, guidelines and procedures to store teams. Follow up on implementation and act as a liaison between HQ and stores.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate operational preparations for store openings, relocations and closures, including equipment, system setup and stock movements, in collaboration with relevant teams
