From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.<br></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-3ea18445-7fff-c005-c013-9da6c6691137">The Role</strong></span></p><p><span>TOTEME is looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to join our Team in Stockholm full time. In this role you will oversee and support the operations of our retail spaces and coordinate communication and planning to and from headquarters.</span></p><p><span>The role will function as a bridge between the store teams and the support functions at headquarters, and act as a retail advocate to such teams; Supply Chain, Buying, Planning, E-commerce, Tech, Production, Finance & Store Development. You will report to the Retail Operations Manager and work directly with the corporate retail team. <strong id="docs-internal-guid-3ea18445-7fff-c005-c013-9da6c6691137"><br><br>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Oversee and optimize store operations, KPI’s and related costs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute and support the planning of operational activities, such as price changes, promotions, and product launches.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create, update and maintain comprehensive handbooks, manuals and policies related to retail operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support with tech related issues and proactively work with improvements within the digital infrastructure.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate company information, guidelines and updated procedures to store teams, and follow up on adaption, serving as a liaison between HQ and store teams, ad-hoc and through planned touchpoints.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support and/or manage maintenance and store touch-ups and own contacts with local vendors, keeping track of budgets and approvals from Store Design & Development.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor store stock levels, deliveries and replenishment, ensuring stock integrity.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Encourage the use of tools and systems to drive operational excellence a
