In This Role, You Will</strong></span></p></div><div><p><span><strong>In this role, you will be</strong></span></p></div><div><p><span>As a Regional Finance Director at DFDS, you will be responsible for overseeing regional reporting, budgeting and forecasting, credit risk and local accounting operations. You will be reporting and work closely with the global finance organization and local country finance teams to ensure strong financial governance, consistent processes and effective financial management across the region.</span></p><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Lead the financial controlling, credit management and local accounting functions across the region.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Monitor and analyze regional financial performance, including revenue, costs.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with group IFRS standards and requirements.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Identify financial risks, control gaps and opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial performance.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Oversee credit management, customer credit exposure, overdue receivables, bad debt risks, and cash collection performance.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Monitor key indicators such as DSO and drive actions to improve working capital performance.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Oversee local accounting, statutory reporting tax and month-end/year-end closing processes.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Ensure alignment between local accounting practices and group requirements.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p&g
