Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence.
- Manage reception duties and provide a professional front-desk experience.
- Support daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, courier services, and office supplies.
- Assist with invoices, reports, records, and general office coordination.
- Liaise with internal teams and external parties on administrative matters.
- Support other ad hoc duties and office activities as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or other related courses.
