Birmingham Professional Indemnity Team at Keoghs Our Professional Indemnity team in Birmingham is looking to recruit a 5+ years pqe at Senior Associate level. Birmingham is the newest addition to our wider Professional Indemnity team. The team advises on claims involving a range of processionals, including solicitors, accountants, surveyors, property professionals and construction professionals. It also handles professional indemnity policy coverage advice and disputes. The work is broad and varied, covering matters at the pre-action stage, through ADR, litigation and arbitration. The role therefore requires strong technical expertise and clear communication skills.
