About your skills
- Customer Advocacy: You keep our learners, partners, and administrators at the center of your work, identifying and anticipating their needs and pain points. You thoughtfully advocate for customer needs cross-functionally.
- Project Management: You manage multiple work streams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive customer-focused projects, adapting quickly to changes. You identify opportunities to improve processes and initiate lightweight project plans.
- Data-driven Storytelling: You analyze quantitative and qualitative data and use your technical platform expertise and critical thinking to identify keen user insights to communicate succinctly and memorably.
- Communication: You are fluent in the English language and can communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
