<h1><span>Product Operations Specialist</span></h1><p><span>As Nordic Knots continues to expand globally and our assortment grows across categories and channels, we are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to own our product information and make sure it reaches every part of the organisation that depends on it.</span></p><p><span>This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy and follow-through. Every team relies on correct product information to do their job: e-commerce needs complete data before a product can be sold online, logistics needs weights and dimensions, wholesale and Pro need updated price lists, and marketing needs specifications and copy inputs. You will be the person who makes sure that information exists, is correct, and is shared at the right time between people and systems.</span></p><p><span>You are comfortable working in an environment where every process may not yet be fully established, and you bring the judgment to question, simplify, and improve how things are done, without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.</span></p><p></p><h2><span>The role</span></h2><p><span>You will take ownership of product master data, our PLM system, and the coordination and information flow that keeps product launches on track.</span><br></p><p><span>Your responsibilities span the full path a product takes from decision to market: collecting and structuring product information, maintaining it in our systems, and distributing it to the teams and partners who need it. You will work closely with production, logistics, e-commerce, marketing, customer service and the sales teams, and act as the person who shares relevant information at the right time.</span><br></p><p><span><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></span><br></p><p><span><strong>Product master data</strong>: Own the creation, structure and quality of product data across our systems. Maintain article and SKU information, attributes, naming conventions, dimensions, materials, care instructions and classifications, and make sure data stays consistent and accurate as it moves between systems.</span><br></p><p><span><strong>PLM ownership</strong>: Act as superuser and day-to-day owner of our PLM system (Resourced). Maintain the product structures and workflows in the system, onboard and support colleagues, keep documentation current, and drive continued adoption and improvement as the implementation matures.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Information handover to the business</strong>: Distribute product information to the teams and partners that depend on it.
