Product Development Project Manager – Consumer Products

<p><span>Keep every product on time, on budget, and on everyone's radar, from first concept to launch.</span></p><p><span>We're looking for a product-focused Project Manager to keep product development organized for a consumer products e-commerce business. You'll own costing, pricing, timelines, and project plans. You'll also be the bridge between our China-based product team and Sales, so everyone knows where each product stands and when it's coming. This is a product development role, not a software, IT, or factory operations role.</span></p><hr><p><strong>Location: </strong>Colombia - Fully Remote</p><p></p><p><strong>Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Own and maintain the product cost calculator, including materials, manufacturing, packaging, freight, and landed costs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and update pricing models to support margin targets and sales decisions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create and manage product development timelines and Gantt charts across multiple projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate daily with the China team to track samples, approvals, revisions, and production milestones.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keep Sales updated on product status, launch dates, costs, and changes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Flag delays, cost changes, and risks early, and propose solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Organize project documentation, trackers, and status reports.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Run regular check-ins to keep stakeholders aligned and decisions moving.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Improve processes and tools so product development runs smoothly as the portfolio grows.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Project management experience in consumer product development, ideally physical goods sold through retail or e-commerce.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience managing product timelines from concept through sampling, production, and launch.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of product costing, pricing, and margins.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills: you're comfortable building and maintaining cost models.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience building Gantt charts and project plans (Smartsheet, Monda
