Product Development & Packaging Designer

<p>Turn product ideas into retail-ready products that look great, are clearly specified, and are ready to manufacture.</p><p>We’re looking for a hands-on designer to support the development of consumer products sold through Amazon and other e-commerce channels. You’ll work across product design, packaging, graphics, and production specifications—taking concepts from initial idea through factory-ready execution.</p><hr><p><strong>Location: </strong>Philippines - Fully Remote</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop new consumer products for Amazon and e-commerce marketplaces.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create packaging designs, layouts, labels, inserts, and product graphics.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build detailed product specifications and production-ready files for manufacturers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop specs for home, textile, apparel, and other consumer products.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translate product concepts and references into clear factory instructions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review samples and make design, color, material, sizing, and construction updates.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare and organize artwork, dielines, tech packs, and production files.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing partners.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure products and packaging are visually consistent, functional, and e-commerce ready.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience in product development, production design, packaging, or consumer goods.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience creating packaging artwork and print-ready production files.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to create detailed product specifications, tech packs, or factory-ready documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of color, typography, layout, materials, and product presentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable working with physical products, measurements, samples, and revisions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent attention to
