Job Responsibilities

  • Source and purchase aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, and related materials.
  • Request and compare supplier quotations to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Prepare quotations for clients based on project requirements, material costs, and pricing.
  • Calculate material quantities and costs for quotation preparation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material availability.
  • Monitor material inventory and arrange timely deliveries to project sites.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, quotations, and related documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aluminium procurement.
  • Familiar with aluminium profiles, glass products, and related accessories.
  • Experience in preparing quotations for clients is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of material costing, supplier pricing, and purchasing procedures.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
