Part time Swim Coach

TLSC is in search of a dedicated and experienced Swim Coach to lead our Learn-To-Swim Program catering to toddlers (3-4 years) and young kids (5-12 years). This role requires passion, expertise, and a commitment to fostering a love for swimming among our young learners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming lessons following TLSC's curriculum, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Provide personalized instruction to meet the needs and abilities of each swimmer, promoting skill development and confidence.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to swimmers and their parents/guardians regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the swimming facility.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate events and activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of coaching experience, preferably in teaching swimming.
• Availability to work weekday mornings
• Former competitive swimmers and individuals with national-level experience will be given preference.
• Swim Coach Certification
