Pairio ( https://pairio.app ) | Senior Swift Engineer | REMOTE (Europe) | 32-40h/week | Employee or freelance | $65k-$85k + equity Pairio is a native macOS app for real-time screen sharing, built for people who work together. You share your screen, your teammate draws on it and takes over your keyboard. One click to call, no link, no invite. We use it every day to build it. You'd work on pixel-perfect screen sharing (capture, encode, transport, rendering), one-click calling (WebRTC), drawing and remote control, privacy (app masking, encryption) and latency. The Swift app talks to a Rails backend, so bonus points if you're comfortable on both sides. We're looking for deep native macOS or iOS experience in Swift, a real feel for UX and pixel-perfect UI, and someone who enjoys owning large parts of a product in a small team. Please be based in Europe so we have real overlap for pairing. We're four founders in Amsterdam running a healthy, profitable business. Stack: Swift, SwiftUI, AppKit, Rails. Flexible start. Email us a bit about yourself, what you've built and why this interests you: hello@pairio.app, or see https://pairio.app/jobs
