Order Processing Specialist – NetSuite

<p>Keep orders moving, customers happy, and two international warehouses running smoothly.</p><p>We’re looking for a detail-driven Order Processing Specialist to manage retail customer orders across our US and Australian operations. You’ll work in NetSuite to process orders accurately, coordinate with warehouses, and make sure products get where they need to go—on time.</p><hr><p><strong>Location: </strong>LatAm - Fully Remote</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Process and manage customer orders in NetSuite.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate orders for warehouse operations in California and Sydney.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage orders for major US and Australian retail customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review order details, quantities, pricing, shipping information, and delivery requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor orders from entry through fulfillment and shipment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate with warehouse, sales, inventory, and operations teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Troubleshoot order discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain accurate customer and order records.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help ensure retailer-specific requirements and deadlines are met.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with NetSuite, ideally including sales order processing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or sales administration.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience supporting retail, wholesale, or e-commerce customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong attention to detail—you catch mistakes before they become expensive problems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable managing a high volume of orders and competing deadlines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Clear written and verbal communication.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with major retailers or multiple international markets is a strong plus.</span><strong><br
