Marketing Technology Manager (m/f/d)

Let’s shoot for the stars: We’re looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to help us make our marketing tools work harder for the guest experience. You’ll manage and improve platforms such as our CRM, CDP and CMS, helping the Marketing team deliver relevant, consistent experiences across the guest journey. You’ll combine a content mindset with an interest in marketing technology: building and updating web content, supporting campaigns and helping the team test and improve how our digital experiences perform. How you’ll be hosting with heart: Manage day-to-day marketing tool operations across platforms such as CRM, CDP and CMS Build, update and maintain CMS content, landing pages and guest-facing information Support the setup and delivery of campaigns, journeys and audience segments Help keep customer data, content and platform workflows accurate and well organized Work with Marketing and other teams to identify improvements across the guest journey Support CRO and experimentation by implementing content and experience changes, tracking results and sharing learnings Document processes and help the team use its marketing tools consistently What you need to shoot for the stars: Experience in content, digital marketing, marketing operations or a similar role Familiarity with tools such as a CMS, CRM or CDP; experience across several platforms is a plus Confidence managing and publishing digital content, with a good eye for detail and quality Interest in how marketing technology, customer data and automation can improve guest experiences Comfort working with data and campaign results, and willingness to learn new tools Strong organization and collaboration skills, with a hands-on and curious approach We're designed to stay because: Hybrid Office Model: We offer a flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office or partially from home and the office.
