Our focus now spans from brand and market positioning through to deeper client relationships, improved win rates, revenue growth, and increased net margin. This is being underpinned by an operational transformation including cNPS, new ways of working, and a content management platform driving greater efficiency and effectiveness.  We’re now looking for the marketing and business development professionals that can guide us through this exciting transformation.    <h3>What you will be doing</h3> <ul> <li>Partnering with the Clients & Marketing Exec Sponsor and sector leadership teams to shape and deliver strategic marketing plans that advance sector priorities and drive measurable commercial impact. </li> <li>Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of campaign and event programmes, ensuring high‑quality execution and measurable commercial impact.  </li> <li>Building a strong understanding of client challenges, market trends, competitor activity, and Baringa’s sector capabilities to refine messaging, targeting, and segmentation.   </li> <li>Managing the in‑sector marketing team (where applicable), providing coaching, development, and day‑to‑day support.  </li> <li>Championing consistency, collaboration, and efficiency across sectors by working closely with fellow BPs and the wider Clients & Marketing team.   </li> <li>Leading the creation of compelling messaging and visuals that clearly differentiate Baringa in the market. Leveraging thought leadership, client success stories, and insight‑driven narratives to deliver standout campaigns and assets.   </li> <li>Owning the sector marketing budget, ensuring responsible management, cost control, and ongoing value‑for‑money improvements.   </li> <li>Bringing the sector strategy to life across the business—building alignment, energy, and advocacy for campaign activity. </li> </ul> <h3>Your skills and experience </h3> <ul> <li>Proven track record in shaping marketing strategy and the appropriate selection of tactics to drive a business forward and increase customer engagement and sales; use of the full multichannel mix.  Strategic marketing experience in a B2B environment.   </li> <li>Experience in professional services marketing, with a focus on Public Sector/Government clients.</li> <li>Expert relationship building and network creation – internally and with external parties.  Ability to work across all levels with impact, effectiveness and influence.   </li> <li>A background in Business Development, Account Growth and relationship management will be advantageous </li> <li>Proactive in pre-empting, identifying, resolving and escalating issues.  Self-sufficient, self-starter.   </li> <li>Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent.
