LORRY CRANE DRIVER

A lorry crane driver safely operates a truck-mounted crane to transport, load, lift, and deliver heavy goods and materials to designated sites

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the lorry to scheduled locations and use the attached crane to lift, load, and unload goods or building supplies.
• Ensure proper stacking, lashing, and secure tie-down of heavy loads before transit.
• Perform daily pre-operation checks, inspect crane safety devices, keep the vehicle clean, and report any mechanical issues.
• Abide by local traffic laws, road safety rules, height limits, and site workplace safety guidelines.
• Verify delivery orders, get customer sign-offs, and complete required paperwork.

Job Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 4 or Class 5 driving licence.
• Valid Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Lorry Crane Operator Certificate (or equivalent crane operation license).
• Typically 1 to 2 years of relevant heavy vehicle or lorry crane operating experience.
• Ability to handle physical loading tasks and outdoor site environments.
