Lifestyle Relationship Manager – Affluent Cards (Bank, 12 Month Contract) UID:2269

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for selected top-tier clients, managing credit card servicing and lifestyle-related requests.
• Deliver personalised concierge services and account management to enhance customer experience and drive card billings.
• Support the acquisition of new affluent customers and strengthen client relationships.
• Develop merchant partnerships and lifestyle benefits to provide exclusive experiences for affluent cardholders.
• Support product development initiatives and drive overall product KPIs.
• Monitor external vendors and ensure the quality of lifestyle services meets service standards.
• Conduct research and coordinate logistics to fulfil clients’ requests and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Product & Marketing teams, Private Client Relationship Managers and Customer Service teams to improve the customer journey.
• Assist in organising client events and managing project initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements, internal policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant working experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in service management, marketing or sales.
• Must have experience servicing affluent or high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and client relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, administrative and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A proactive team player with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
• Willing to attend client events during evenings and/or weekends.
• An interest in travel, fashion, arts, music, sports and theatre would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of the lifestyle and expectations of affluent clients is preferred.
