<p>Turn subscribers into customers—and customers into loyal fans.</p><p>We’re looking for a hands-on Klaviyo expert to own email and SMS marketing for an e-commerce consumer products business. You’ll build campaigns, automate customer journeys, segment audiences, and use data to drive repeat purchases and revenue.</p><hr><p><strong>Location: </strong>Philippines - Fully Remote</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Own email and SMS marketing strategy and execution in Klaviyo.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build, schedule, test, and optimize promotional campaigns.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create and improve automated flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and retention.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Segment audiences based on customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage campaign calendars around promotions, launches, and key selling periods.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with creative and e-commerce teams on messaging, offers, and campaign assets.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Run A/B tests across subject lines, content, offers, timing, and audiences.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor deliverability and list health.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track revenue, conversion, engagement, and retention performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use performance data to continuously improve email and SMS results.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven email and SMS marketing experience in e-commerce or DTC.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience building sophisticated automated flows and customer journeys.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable analyzing revenue, conversion, open, click, and retention metrics.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong copy, merchandising, and promotional instincts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.</span></p><
