Key responsibilities

To manage the contract administration process, both pre and post tender stages:

• Pre-Contract Stage:
• Review tender drawings and specification to ensure all measurements and quantities are accounted for to achieve realistic commercial value for each project.
• Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off in excel sheet, materials sourcing, measuring, and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process.
• Prepare tender quotations for review with management and submission to clients.
• Post-Contract Stage:
• Provide procurement support during contract phase. Sourcing of local and/or overseas vendors.
• Prepare monthly progress claims, including variation orders claims.
• Monitor project budget and perform cost controlling.
• Prepare cash flow data progressively.
• Finalize project accounts/claims.
• Perform other duties and task assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Preferred with 2 years’ experience in steel structure fabrication or similar field, but fresh graduates welcomed to apply.
• Diploma or higher education in Civil & Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar field.
• Meticulous, analytical and eye for detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and tight schedules.
• Highly motivated, self-driven with initiative to work independently.
• Sound computer literacy, including advance skills in excel.
• Advance level of English, in both written and spoken.
