Junior Agency Specialist

If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as a Junior Agency Specialist.</p><p><strong>Be part of the movement - and play your part.</strong> </p><p><strong>About the role</strong> </p><p>• To ensure communication between customers and domestic and overseas agencies, and to solve problems,<br>• To solve the voyage-related problems of customers or to inform the Sales department / overseas agencies of their solution,<br>• To create and follow up on the program of the inter-modal services, to review cancellations and penalties, and to inform customers,<br>• To play an efficient role in the management of ship loading and unloading operations,<br>• To play an active role in the business processes of domestic and overseas agencies,<br>• To manage the relations with our service stakeholders during the ship voyages, and to monitor and record payment and service requests,<br>• To constitute the weekly and monthly voyage position list. </p><p><strong>About you</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Preferably a university degree or equivalent,</p></li><li><p>A minimum upper-intermediate level of English is required,</p></li><li><p>Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a related field,</p></li><li><p>Expertise in MS Office Applications,</p></li><li><p>Interpersonal relations and communication,</p></li><li><p>Problem-solving skills,</p></li><li><p>Planning and organization skills,</p></li><li><p>Compatible with teamwork.</p></li></ul><p>We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity.
