Role Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees across Coupang Taiwan. This role partners closely with leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with deep HR expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and data-driven environment.
What You Will Do
Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership effectiveness, team performance, talent management, and organizational design.
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Utilize workforce analytics and HR data to provide insights
