Role and Responsibilities

  • Improve IT Operation business process and documentations.
  • Triage of issues, including logging, tracking, routing and categorizing of reported incidents and service requests.
  • Support users and provide resolution for L1 issues, including common problem / issue in FAQ, inquiries and essential troubleshooting tasks.
  • Managing of the service desk common mailbox.
  • Prepare monthly report and support User Access Matrix review.
  • Communication of operation matters to stakeholders (e.g. System downtime, New implementations)
  • Years of Experience: At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in business analysis, system support, development, implementing system and maintaining IT systems

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Have experienced in using AWS services.
