Join us and be a part of shaping the future of automotive retail!</strong></span></p><p></p><p></p><p>We are looking for <strong>Head of Product B2B</strong></p><p><strong>Reports To: Chief Product Officer</strong></p><p><strong>Contract Type: Permanent</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Richmond UK, Hybrid</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p><span>The Head of B2B Product will lead the dealer side of the Cazoo marketplace, reporting into the CPO and taking ownership of our B2B product strategy and team.</span></p><p><span>The role centres on <strong>Dealer Centre</strong>, our dealer-facing platform, alongside dealer retention, lead quality, sales attribution and self-serve monetisation.</span></p><p><span>This person will be responsible for moving the team beyond simply delivering requirements and towards understanding dealer problems, shaping a compelling product vision and driving measurable customer and commercial outcomes.</span></p><p><span>You’ll work closely with dealers of different sizes, Commercial, Engineering and Design to understand customer needs, define priorities and make clear product trade-offs.</span></p><p><span>Key areas of ownership include:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Defining and delivering the vision for Dealer Centre as the daily performance platform dealers rely on to understand and grow their business with Cazoo.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Making Cazoo’s value more visible through sales attribution, lead performance, benchmarking and market insight.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Improving dealer retention through stronger onboarding, packaging, insight and performance visibility.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Shaping our app
