Head of Engineering (founding-level)

Most non-tech businesses know exactly which workflows they want AI agents to handle, but have no one to build, connect and run them. Pond delivers custom AI agents to these businesses through a network of 7k AI builders, with Pond as the platform and security layer over MCP. We're backed by Tier-1 VCs and a co-inventor of GPT, and we're looking for a hands-on technical leader to own the platform end to end. You'd be a great fit if you:

• Build full-stack and ship AI agents in production (TypeScript/Python, LLMs, tool use)
• Have worked on payments, agent coordination/MCP, or platform/marketplace products
• Have early-stage startup experience (founder, founding or early engineer) and like to grind
