Role Overview
Selection is one of the most important drivers of customer experience in e-commerce. Every product added to Coupang’s catalog represents an opportunity to better serve customer needs while accelerating business growth.
Coupang Taiwan is seeking a Senior Manager / Director of Product Management to lead Retail Selection and Selection Intelligence. This role will own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered selection expansion, competitive intelligence, product discovery, and catalog quality systems.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Operations, and Retail leaders to build scalable platforms that identify, evaluate, and onboard the right products into Coupang’s ecosystem. This leader will play a critical role in shaping how Coupang leverages AI to expand product selection and improve catalog quality across Taiwan and future international markets.
