Our journey continues as we further utilise the platform, bring more processes into Workday. Our agenda for the next years is covering various initiatives to strengthen the manager and employee experience.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal">This role is positioned within our People Division HR Centre of Excellence (CoE), reporting to the Global Head of CoE. Working closely with colleagues across the CoE, PeopleTech, Regional HR Service Delivery and Global HR Business Partners, you will help shape scalable and connected global HR processes that support DFDS as we continue to evolve.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Bringing together business understanding and an outside-in perspective, you will help set the direction for our global HR processes. With Workday as a key enabler, you will drive opportunities to simplify, standardise and digitalise the way we work, while ensuring our processes are scalable across our global organisation. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>As the Global Core HR Process Lead, you will:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Own and continuously improve our global Core HR processes and HR master data framework.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Drive further digitalisation, standardisation and simplification through Workday.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Shape the Core HR Workday roadmap together with PeopleTech, including enhancements and future deployments.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Connect Core HR processes across Workday and the wider People s
