If so, you could be the newest addition to our team as a Freight Customs Supervisor.</span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><strong>Be part of the movement – and play your part.</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><strong>About the role</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Working Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:30, you'll oversee evening customs operations, ensuring customs declarations, compliance activities, and export documentation are completed accurately and on time. Leading a team of five Customs Clerks/Administrators, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving process consistency across the customs function.</span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>You will be responsible for:</span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Leading and supporting a team of five customs colleagues, ensuring workloads are managed effectively</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Managing and overseeing customs entries across a range of freight movements</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Conducting compliance checks to ensure declarations meet all regulatory requirements</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Ensuring compliance with Catch Certificate, TRACES, customs, and border control requirements</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Monitoring customs processes, identifying improvements, and driving operational efficiencies</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Liaising with customers, internal departments, and external partners to resolve customs-related issues</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Maintaining accurate records and supporting audit and compliance activities</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><strong>About you</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>You'll have at least two years' experience in a customs supervisory role, with strong knowledge of customs compliance procedures and regulatory requirements. Experience managing Catch Certificates, TRACES documentation, RoRo movements, and deep-sea freight operations is essential.</span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Strong IT skills are required, including confidence using Microsoft Excel and Wo
